50 Year Old
A blend of three vintage eaux-de-vie — distilled in 1970, 1971 and 1974 — hand-sealed in wax and left undisturbed for more than fifty years in small French oak barrels. Presented in a crystal decanter, it is the summit of the revived house.

Aromatic and intense at 43%, the cognac reveals dried fruits, stewed figs and dates layered with warm spices, subtle tobacco, leather and macadamia nut. The palate is full-bodied, with hints of dark chocolate and a gentle woodiness — half a century of Grande Champagne patience, intact.
These casks were laid down while the old house's name still slept; they outlasted its silence. Released in 2025 in strictly limited quantity, the 50 Year Old is both a whisky-cellar rarity and a piece of the family's own restored history.
Intense, layered, fifty years still.
Dried fruits, stewed figs and dates layered with warm spices, subtle tobacco, leather and macadamia nuts. Full-bodied on the palate with hints of dark chocolate and a gentle woodiness — aromatic and intense to the close.
Sazerac de Forge & Fils
Bernard Sazerac de Forge founded his cognac house in 1782, in the golden age of the spirit. Its cognacs crossed the Atlantic to New Orleans, where they poured the drink that took the family's name — the Sazerac, among the first true American cocktails — and in time lent that name to the modern Sazerac Company itself. The house did not survive the century: when the phylloxera blight devastated the region's vines in the late 1800s, Sazerac de Forge fell silent.
