Millennium #3
The third chapter, and the boldest. For the first time the series is bottled uncut and unfiltered, at 128.4 proof, preserving the full texture and structure of four millennial-era vintages married into a single unrepeatable expression.

Uncut and unfiltered for the first time — four vintages at 128.4 proof.
Butterscotch, stone fruit, mature oak.
Rich butterscotch leads, layered with ripe stone fruit and the warm depth of well-aged oak. Full-bodied and uncompromising, the uncut proof carries waves of caramelised sweetness, orchard fruit and toasted spice. The finish is long and enduring, with mature oak that lingers well after the final sip.
W.L. Weller
William Larue Weller, born in 1825, was a pioneering Kentucky whiskey merchant and distiller. In 1849 he founded W.L. Weller & Brothers — later W.L. Weller & Sons — and made a decision that would quietly reshape bourbon: he replaced the rye in his mash bill with wheat, creating a softer, smoother style that set his whiskeys apart from everything around them.
