25 Year Old Caroni Trinidad Rum
Rum from Caroni — the closed Trinidad distillery whose name has become shorthand for the unrepeatable. A married blend of spirit distilled in 1997 and 1999, aged a quarter of a century, and bottled as Release No. 41 in an edition of 261.

Unrepeatable, bronze-gold, alive.
White flowers, eucalyptus and tropical fruit over the unmistakable Caroni punch. The palate moves through sweet papaya, stewed hibiscus and spiced ginger cake into green banana leaf, dry white pepper and smoke — the delicate and the heavy, held in balance.
The Last Drop
The Last Drop Distillers was founded in 2008 by Tom Jago and James Espey — two spirits men with more than eighty years of experience between them — on a simple pursuit: to travel the world in search of the rarest and most remarkable spirits ever made, and to present them, untouched, to those who understand them.
