A true labour of love, over ten years in the making — a Signature Creation with Carmen Villarreal Treviño of Casa San Matías, Mexico's oldest family-owned tequila distillery. Aged far beyond the extra añejo minimum and bottled at 46.3% in an edition of 435.

Agave, honey, seventeen years deep.
Roasted almonds, walnuts and oak spice with pineapple, vanilla, orange-blossom honey and jasmine. Dulce de leche and cooked agave follow — plums, dates, green jalapeño, cinnamon, clove — before a balanced, complex finish of dark chocolate and orange-blossom honey.
